However, on foot of article 624. J.C., PR Print reserves the right to institute proceedings before any court, should it wish to do so.
By using this website, the user shall subject himself, in any of the aforementioned situations, to the judicial powers of the judge in question and he shall renounce all rights to object to the jurisdiction or the place of judgement.
Invalid provisions
If any of the provisions featuring in the present agreement would be declared to be null and void or inapplicable, the provision in question shall be deemed to have been replaced by a valid and applicable provision whose contents shall approximate the contents of the original provision as closely as possible, while any of the other provisions shall remain in full force.
